VOCATIONAL TRAINING ORDER
The following Vocational Training Order is made under section 6 of the Apprenticeship
and Traineeship Act 2001 in relation to the recognised trade vocation
of Civil Construction (Design).
Citation
The Order is cited as the Civil Construction (Design) Order.

(b) Probationary period
The probationary period, based on the nominal terms of training for the
apprenticeships established under this Vocational Training
Order, shall be three months.
(c) Competency outcomes
Apprentices will be trained in and achieve the relevant competencies contained
in RII06 Resources and Infrastructure Civil Construction Training Package.
(d) Courses of study to be undertaken
Apprentices will undertake a course of study from RII06 Resources and
Infrastructure Civil Construction Training Package as follows:
- RII40306
Certificate IV in Civil Construction Design
- RII50206
Diploma of Civil Construction Design
- RII60206
Advanced Diploma of Civil
Construction Design Management.
Date of effect
The Order will take effect from the day it is published in the NSW Government
Gazette.
Availability for inspection
A copy of the Vocational Training Order may be inspected at any State
Training Services Regional Office of the Department of Education
and Training or see Apprenticeships
and Traineeships.
